GPZ500s with 30k on the clock G reg UK model. It did 7k trouble free miles, whilst I relearned to ride two wheels (BAB) as I also renovated the machine a little. Last MOT expired June 2005, at which point I bought a new bike - so SORN'ed complete with log book and stored in garage. Prior to which it had quite a lot of money spent on it. Recent new:- Sprockets and chain, battery, tyres, rear shoes. Battery is now dud due to being stood. So needs MOT, new battery and an oil/filter change to put it on the road again. The well known problem with the alternator magnets on the GPZ 500s breaking up, fixed by the installation of a new modified rotor. Whatever it has needed, it has had in order to turn it into a reliable machine. Cosmetically not too bad for its age. It comes with a brand new in its box spare chain, new set of front pads (needed soon), spare (good) radiator, spare pair carburettors, a quality immobilisor waiting to be fitted, Haynes manual plus other parts. Located between Leeds and York - photos available. I don't much like Ebay's bidding frenzy, so I prefer to offer it on here. Open to any sensible offers.
