*Sigh*. "Lifestyle change" or somesuch. I haven't been able to use the
Bimota very much this year and it doesn't look like that's going to
change anytime soon. TBH I can't even be *rsed to MOT it again because
I know it'll just be a waste of time.

    So, here we go:

    Early YB7 - chassis 43 out of 321 made - registered on an F
plate. 400cc FZR400SP engine, somewhat tuned by Bimota. White bodywork
with red/black/gold coachlining. 8500-something kilometers on the
clock, I'm the first UK owner.

Has had a full service by a Bimota specialist last year and done
bog-all kilometers since then. Probably about 300km, actually.

Good overall condition, the main bad points are:

    - Front tyre will need replacement soon, has about 2.5mm tread left.
    - Screen has a crack. Not an MOT problem, just doesn't look very nice.
Replacement screens are available from NZ.
    - Some hairline cracks in the front fairing around the mirror mounts.
    AFAIK they all do that.
    - Some strange polishing marks on the original can - maybe someone
tried to polish out some scratches. No idea, it came like that.

I don't want to sell it, but I have to be realistic enough to accept
that I won't be using it as often as I should and this isn't doing it
    any good.

GBP1,700 to this crowd as it is (with no/short MOT and tax until the
end of this month). MOT is most likely a case of dropping it off at
the local bike shoppe, but I don't have the time to do it.

No haggling. It's hard enough for me to sell it as it is, so don't
insult me - it's a bloody good price as it is.

    Norf London.

Gaw'an, you know you want it.

I might even offer rather generous payment terms...

Well, I was going to offer you a test ride but I think that may be
construed to be 'cruel and unusual punishment' in this particular
    case.

    :)

On a somewhat more serious note I would be *extremely* happy if it
went to you because I know it'll be looked after properly and treated
    well.
