Oh, how true, how true. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen
a Jap classic advertised as 100% original, when it's anything but.

And then there are all the bods disguising cooking BritShit models as
hotsy-totsy sports versions, though I really know sweet FA about
ShiteOldBritBikes.

It is, but a real Jota looks nicer ;-)

Yes, dressed up. And the seller's protestations about it being too early
to be recorded by Slater Bros, or something, are laughable.

 

I must remember to ask the old man if he's still in touch with Roger.
I've got a vague memory of them having a big falling out over a R100RS,
but if they kissed & made up, I'll get him to have a dig into the Jota
story.
