I don't think it'll be doable on the TOGtour, but if you're going to Chimay
    this year, deffin' tootley.

It's not that exciting. I mean, how exciting can it be that a scouser
has [1] to sub a near-manc for money for the rest of the holiday? And
then the scouser gets next to no sleep because it's worse than sleeping
next to the Midlands Airport in a tent.

[1] has isn't really correct. Well, it is in one way, but you can't
see another UKRMer, who is a mate, go down, can you? [2]

[2] On second thoughts, just *don't* reply to that.

Ooh yes, I want to do Chimay again. That was brilliant. The
    thunderstorms weren't too nice, mind.

It's a shame the 2 films I handed in to be developed got bloody lost.

I liked the thunderstorms, I thought they added to the atmosphere. Anyway,
    I had a brolly...
You handed them in? I thought you'd left them in Fr Jack's wallet...

Yes, but me & FJ in a tent sheltering wasn't too good, we only just
fitted in. It was at that point in time I realised I really needed
    elsewhere to kip.

Money pressures have got in the way. The Tiger needs a few tweaks and
a service, so, no go this time.

However, I'm 90% certain for Chimay - combined with a longer spell
    terrorising yew rope

    Hotel de la Sirène.

The wine is here: http://www.isasite.net/fuchs/ click on "coming
events". That is a pic of the label - but the bottle we had was a
    2001.

The place is about 50 miles from Bruce's place....

I don't normally drink whites, but this was bloody lovely! €21 for the
    bottle.

  20. No, they seem happy to take the booking - but being French they don't
use email and the details are all coming by post.
