Do you think I'm insane? What kind of fool would take a potentially
unreliable two stroke on the continent?

I'm going on pristine Italian machinery.

Well *obviously* I want to. I was just considering
the types of vehicle that would be going.

I toyed with the idea for a moment, not sure the timing really fits in
with what I've got going on with work and things.... OTOH **** work,
    it'll be fun.. so maybe.
Not slow like I was, but I tend to cruise at the ton over long
distances, rather than the speeds those with fairings go for.. no
    fairing, innit?

Yeah, like you had problems keeping up with the gixxer thou and 9Rs on
the Mugello trip. Anyway, it's only a bunch of south london wide boys
on their sports bikes. They'll never get out of third.

Heh. I'm reminded of Vince on his 9R, swearing it must have
non-standard gearing as it wouldn't do more than 165mph in top...
After you;d verified it was standard we concoluded he'd left it in
    fifth.

Besides, it wouldn't do for another car to go walkies now, would it?
