    Like Dimac, innit. Let the unknowing in on the secret, but only let
    them read the "Defence" manual - then hit the fucker with part III of
    the "Attack" manual. Works every time.

    I think our french based friends have pointed out often enough it is. I
    believe it has something to do with the need for a plod to witness the
    offence as it can only happen at a given point in time and not over a
    period.

    They do however set up speed traps.
