When I was still working back in Blighty, one of my staff had one, that
went around the office a few times to see who could get the highest score.

If you get one of the good ones (this was), they're actually quite hard
work and addictive. Probably would have done wonders for strengthening
my wrists after I broke them, but I had to settle with fruious wanking
