French Run 2009 Date?

It'll be the first Bank Holiday in May. Out on Friday 1 May, back on
Sunday 3 May.

Can we go somewhere nice this year?

 

Can I put in an early plea for the 2010 run to be the bank holiday
weekend at the end of May? My sister's booked a wedding for the first
one, the cow.

 

Can i stay at yours again, I didn't disgrace myself last time did i?

Of course, bathroom's been finished too.

 

There's precedent - 2006, for one. I think a couple of people missed it
because they went to the island. I wish I had, because I would have been
somewhere else the day I had my big off.

 

Hands up all those who now want the 2010 Run *definitely* to be the
early Bank Holiday....

 

Let's switch, seeing as ogden has nicely asked. The bonus is that this
leaves the early one free so that we can all turn up at his sister's
wedding.

 

Whatever. I'm happy with either.

 

I should've seen that coming a mile off.

 

Oddly, I should've been in the IoM on the day I had my off. I wasn't
prepared to pay for another couples holiday, so we (the missus and me)
decided to not go ourselves too. We went for a ride on the Sunday instead.
Fucking big mistake.
