As the title lists. Due to a combination of the Magic Clothes Shrinking Cupboard and 3 years of archery practice, I no longer fit my grey Kushitani leathers.

Since they're the same leathers I've been wearing for 10 years now, I expect they'll be familiar to anyone who has met me on an aus.moto ride:

The problem is that since I've developed "archer's shoulder" they're too snug in the "vertical torso dimension".

I've just checked for labels, the jacket says "USA 48/Euro 54" and the pants say "Made in Japan". I'm 180cm tall with 105cm chest and 92cm waist, andwhile I used to be able to fit jumper/trackies underneath for winter riding that is now a long-ago memory.

Drop me an e-mail at if you want them, and you can have them for the cost of postage (I'm in Canberra, and they weigh about 4kg). It you want to drop by and try them on, I'm going to be back at home from Monday (27/12/2011).

(FYI, my "Captain Hero" leathers still fit just fine, thanks for asking).

The good old red white and blue.
The only motorcycle attire I have felt envious over.

Nobody wants free leathers? I was sure somebody would at least know a
new learner who could make use of them...

  14. See that atec77 ?
There is the answer to what has had me wondering for years

I have a perfectly good set of one piece racing leathers which used to fit
    me perfectly
That is, until I started spilling beer and pizza all over them
