heh. You might have me and Loz as your outriders then, depending on
the state of the 250 Superdream i've just bought :)

    Watch this space ...

TBH, I can't believe the rash of SOB's appearing in all the .sigs -
it's been ages since anything has caught the imagination on here ;)

    Cheers,

    Paul.

[1] Same disclaimer as for Loz, couldn't possibly be included in any
'race' due to being 50 cc over and not having a "lardy" special
    dispensation.

I hammered the CB down the Bedford bypass this morning. In total ****
mode, i.e. laying flat on the tank crawling under the paintwork, legs up
alongside the rear carrier and helmet buried behind the clocks. It
clocked an amazing 84mph on the carefully calibrated cycle speedo it's
now got fitted. On my 24 mile trip to work, which covers single
carriageway A road with 4 truvelos, dual carriageway and country lanes
with twisties, it averages 47mph and 50mpg.

Hmm. You know that's twice the ideal capacity, don't you. You're not a
****, so I want to do what I can to allow it, but you might have to face
    Sean's wrath.

Let this be a warning to anyone else who wants to get involved.
    Good, innit.

I'm seriously considering *not* replacing the ZZR and GPZ with another
large, newish bike, when they're sold. I may stick with the CB for a
year, and then take a look at whether or not I really want another big
bike next christmas, when prices are lower.

I agree but I am fucked if I am gonna buy one. I don't really hold with
buying SOB's. I am more of the allowing a perfectly reasonable bike to
evolve into one over a period of time type of a guy. DIYSOB if you
    like.

You already have a SOB anyway. It's just too big for the Frankfurt run.

Well I don't really. To save meself getting depressed about the amount
of space it takes up I have come to regard it as the property of some as

God I am going to charge that **** some storage when he finally turns
    up.

    heh. Ta.
Ok. bring him on then ;) I mean, we're already disqualified under the
    rules.
TBH, I didn't buy it for the Frankfurt run per se, I wanted a SOB for
the winter to keep my hand in (so to speak), but bought it with the
knowledge it wouldn't be a million miles from the one true capacity ;)
Yup. Plus we'll be entitled to royalties when TOG writes the story up
    ;)

    Cheers,

    Paul.

  12. Now *if* TOG is going to write up a story for a national motor bike
journal. I might be able to get a 'borrow' of a bike for free from a
    local bike shop.

    Good advertising see!
