Mostly drinking beer. I'm supposed to be working on the inside of the house whils the builders work outside. I almost have a pool and I have a shed. Today I shall mostly be varnishing woodwork. Or going down the pub. Feel free to pop in. Paul.
<snip> Thanks Elly for the BBBC (bored biker broadcasting cervice) I is back out now and am sporting the latest in biking accessories (http://www.ukrm.co.uk/leg.jpg) Yes, those black rings are proper carbon fibre, none of your cheapo stick on carbon look alike plastic over steel! The leg is now 6mm longer than it was, with another 54mm to go. Woo! Is welcome to visit me at ome where coffee/tea/bikkies are available, *but* call/txt me first so I know you're on your way (because I will ignore all doorbells/knocks that I'm not expecting due to it taking me 5 minutes and shed loads of "ouch"es to get there) Meanwhile, enjoy the gorgeous snow/ice/rain/hail weather frag
Richard Wood says... May I just say that I was *so* glad that wasn't what I had to endure when I was in ospikal. I shuddered at the mere thought.. You posh git Does this mean you actually get a matching pair now? Niice to see you back! I'll pop in to see you, but it will be a coupla weeks with the pub job, if that's alright with you ) I am currently enjoying jaw ache courtesy of a (possible) gum infection that cannot be treated by an NHS dentist cos they don't do that anymore. (And I resemble summat like half of the elephant man, but the less said about that the better..) Unfortunately for me, private on Friday. Bum. -- Lesley ZXR400SP SBS#11[with oak-leaf cluster] BOTAFOT#101A UKRMHRC#12 BONY#54P BOB#18 Un-cork me to reply
I must admit it itsn't exactly user friendly, and TBH I've no fucking idea if I can get through the next 6 months. Hopefully the pain'll die down a lot over the coming couple of weeks. Yup, unless the muscles can't stretch enough, in which case they'll either slow it down a lot to let them catch up (and it will be matching length) or in some cases they've had to stop a little short. Of course. I've checked my social calendar and I can squeeze you in around that time NHS dentists can't treat dental problems? No suprise there then. Heh. Heheheh. <g> frag
My ex sported one of the early models of this type of thing back in the early 80s. Looks like they've moved on a bit since then Cool. How long's it set to take? Was nice and sunny last week - I actually got the bike out twice
Well its 1mm a day at the moment, slowing down at the end, so about 60+ days ish. I went out playing in the snow and managed to figure out a way of confusing the ABS on the Alfa - wheel spin lots and it just turns ABS off...? Stupid car! frag
Will do as soon as poss - gotta come down passed your door to pick up a mates bike for her, so we'll all pop in for a cuppa Take care
