But UKRM are a tardy bunch, so 11 for actually departing the H&J is probably

[1] Almost exactly the other side of the M25. It's 191miles if I go
clockwise around it, and 192 miles if I go anticlockwise.

I'd go northbound through the tunnel IIWY, then off at the A41, long fast
blat all the way to Aylesbury.
