True. The last one I remember in the fog was probably 2001 sometime
and it was shit defrosting in the Little Thief.

I don't think they're allowed to do that any more, they have to only use
    fresh shit.

Well, that was the FOT that wasn't.

10am-10.20am, running up and down the parking area outside my flat
trying in vain to get the rgv to start.

10.20-10.55am, riding the SV to Aylesbury, waiting for my blood sugar
levels to return to normal after the morning's unexpected exertion.

10.55am-11.05am, hanging around the H&J car park with Champ and darsy
while they whinged about how they had to be home early and had a long
way to go and didn't really fancy going for a ride and could we just
have a cup of coffee instead.

11.05am, DanL turns up on his kwak with his mrs on the back.

At which point we all buggered off to Fox's for a coffee, Champ went
home, and I came back for a 5 minute exercise in futility trying to get
the rgv to fire up. Grumblegrumbletwostrokesgrumblegrumble.

Yeah, but she also married you, so as track records go that's not
    exactly a ringing endorsement.

I was still asleep at this point.
Somewhere around 10:45 I woke up, made myself a nice cup of tea, and put
the telly on to watch the motoGP at 11.

    Hurrah!

I avoid thru'penny-biting right handers by slowing down to a walking
    pace.

I have not excuse, other than lack of practice at the moment, though I
do suspect the Tiger needs the suspension firming up at the front
before I'm going to trust it enough to go a bit faster.
