As it looks to be a pleasant weekend I thought I may venture out Sunday
    on the Guzzi.

And as part of my it's a proper bike conversion program those who aren't
scared of not having a fairing to save their ickle necks, fucking hell
its designed to leak fuel or twin shocks! are more than welcome to have a
    go [1].

What's it to be FOT, FOF or something else?

Any takers, plans, whatevers or Blaneyesque "I'm going to be in sunny
    countries".

Hmmmm. Might drag my arse out of bed for a 'FOT. Probably my last chance
    to do one.

The forecast appears to be wall to wall sunshine.

HOwever it will be 5 degrees.

I think I will stay in bed as I've lost the will to ride in anything under 8
    degrees.

    When will that be?

I'm down this weekend, and was about to make a FOF suggestion myself.
However, I can't be too late in heading back as there's plans afoot for
    entertainment on the way home.

A last ride sort of thing?

Wouldn't it be 'funny' if you got nicked on Sunday?

    We're playing 09.20 until 10.40. I think. I'm not sure exactly where,
since the sports centre's website didn't think to include a map.
I can't be out late. I've got a downstairs bog to paint.

the trick is to put it and a change of clothes in a rucksack, and then
securely bungee that to the pillion seat. I used to do this all the
time, when I played regularly, as I didn't have a (working) car.

having said all that, I've decided I'm too much of a poof to bring the
'blade out to play on Sunday anyway, on the following grounds:

    * I haven't ridden a bike since mid-December
    * the 'blade has Rennsports on it - not ideal for damp conditions
    * I'm fucking soft as shite.
