If I'm on it you'd have no choice - I'm still not back in the zone,
and on a bike with a realistic top end of 90mph anyway.
Originally, when Ant was in charge, it started at the Esso station on
the A120 just east of the M11, but I don't think that part of the
A120, never mind the station even exists any more.

More recently, when I've "organised" a FOF, it's been from the petrol
station at South Mimms services on the M25.

regarding the starting time, it could be pushed back to 11:00 or so,
but to be honest, the earlier the better - there are some great roads
in Herts and Essex, but there are a lot of wankers out in cars from
    mid-morning.

I hadn't envisaged a massively high speed thrash in the first place. I'm
planning to have the stroker out to play so I'd be looking at similar
    speeds.

    It's about 50 minutes from Wandsworth/Clapham to South Mimms, I don't
know what he's moaning about where start time is concerned.

Well it will be doing so in some forgotten corner of my workshop if it
    does. ;-)

The only reason I haven't thrown it away is because I might be able to
make use of the waterproof box and speaker.

p.s. So, might you be up The Beach on Sunday, if so where and what
time (roughly)? It looks like daughters MZ tickover problem was the
carb (a good second hand one was fitted) so she might be up for a
little ride. Might even get the Mrs on the back of the CB Two Fifty as
I'm not gonna get her XV ready in time.

    Nope.

It's last day of the Premier League and we're going on the piss in
    London.

Unfortunately the Triumph now has a new owner, although I am hanging on
to it until he's finished paying me, so it'd be rude to take it out.

The bike situation may resolve itself tomorrow evening however...

Nor me but thought I might make it to the destination if it was High
Beech. The trouble is at High Beech there are several destinations all
be they all fairly close together.

I think the most common is the lower tea hut (I think it used to be
known as 'Alf's'), the others only being used if you have a
preference for their fayre, a cycle, horse or on your CBT. ;-)
    Thanks. ;-)

I'd be suprosed if many people would have got the reference to Fulham,
    TBH.

Anyway, it's only the Premier League. The "proper" leagues have
    already finished, play-offs[1] notwithstanding.

[1] Fucking shitty piss-flaps bollocks system that they are anyway.
    Never did like them...

Well, you could be going to Marco Pierre-Whites restaurant, the
    Hurlingham Club, the Sloaney Pony...
Indeed. You can see Craven Cottage from the East Stand of the other one.

    A. is making the usual "it's a bank holiday we should 'do something'
noises". I'm trying to persuade her that whatever it is we "do" that
it's on Saturday, so I'll be free on Sunday.

I'll confirm by tomorrow morning (I'm out on the piss this evening, so
need to wait until tomorrow to tell her what she wants to do over the
    weekend).
