Forte Agent help required

    Are you using IE?

    The is an advanced property on IE call "re-use windows for opening
    shortcuts" or similar. It means IE will use any currently open window
    to open a link. If you turn it off, IE will open a new window for all
    links clicked.

    Right click on the URL, then Shift L to launch in new window, rather
    than just L to reuse an existing window.
