Bought a pair 4 1/2 inch driving lights to mount on my 95 Honda Magna. I've
been searching the internet for a week now, and have been unable to find any
fork mounting brackets. A number of companies sell fork mounting brackets
for the smaller bullet lights. Anyone know where I can purchase a pair of
driving light fork mounting brackets. Has anyone thought up a way to
    fabricate a pair? Thanks

My Motoports on the BMW are strapped to the fork. It's a stainless steel
strap with a nut fastened to one end and the other end was slotted or had
the right size hole at the proper circumference length (it may be the later
as the BMW dealership had a whole bunch of straps for different forks on
    their bikes).

The Motolight bracket had a bolt that passed through it and pulled the strap
nut up tight. Never has moved. You may be able to use one of those
stainless radiator hose clamps if needed and some angle iron bracket - if
    you don't mind primitive work.
