For my birthday I got...

  1. .... lots of wine. Some nice beer. Socks. And a box of Leonidas
chocolates. Anna book token. And I took the Street Crip for a 200-mile
    meander through southern England.

It's been a good day. Even if I am now 51.

    Happy birthday TOG.

I'm 52 and still feel 18 (shame my back, knees, hips and eyes don't).

  12. I bet he's not even counting down the days to his Freedom Pass yet!

I am... (in a vague sort of X months times 30 days way -- and also
"Will we find the Higgs first?")

  14. Well done.

It did occur to me today....

    As I went into my 30s, I bought a brand new RD350 Power-Valve.

As I went into my 40s, I bought a brand new Ducati.

As I've gone into my 50s, I've bought a brand new Street Triple.

    For my 60s, I don't know what it'll be, but I'm guessing it'll have a
    turbocharger and nitrous.

    Well, on that then...

As I went into my 30s, I bought a brand new ZX-10R, then a brand new
    GSX-R1000

As I went into my 40s?

    Bikes got banned probably.

  20. That only stops at The Greenway; the U3 is better as it stops at
St Laurence Church. So does the U5 so I can take either to West Drayton
Station and change to the 350 if I'm using T5 in my Higgs-chasing activities.
