    * and others of this Parish.

As we discussed the differences of handling between ST2 and
the ST4 while we were in Pithiviers, my mate at Cornerspeed
    says the following:

"General rule of thumb with the ST's is to increase the rear
ride [height] to the point where the rear tyre just touches
the floor when the bike is on the centre stand....... seems
to work a treat. Makes turn in easier/sharper.
As with all things suspension, make sure everything is at
stock settings to begin with so you know where you're working
    from. Preload, damping etc."

    That might help?

The ST4s appeared to handle quite nicely on the road to Angerville, from
the viewpoint of following on my CBR600RR. It was pretty hard work
keeping up. I could feel my suspension being pushed quite hard, and I'm
of the opinion that the CBR600RR has got very sweet handling
    characteristics.

Thanks Ant. I have it set up at a compromise position between turn in speed
and m-way stability now. But yeah normal advice is to use the ride height
adjuster and set the static sag 10mm above stock.

I don't suppose I'll ever become one the great drunks of our time, but
searching the web with that phrase has certainly helped the last couple
    of hours pass quickly.

Who would have thought there'd be a "Modern Drunkard Magazine" with a
wonderful article titled "The Zen of drinking alone". Makes me want to
grab my favourite bottle of whisky and light up the fire with great big
    chunks of peat.

Mind you, last night I was talking to a very nice lady who wasn't much
of a drinker who suggested I tried yoga instead of alcohol as part of my
relaxation routine. She even invited me to her next yoga session, my
protestations of being too stiff weren't heeded at all.
