** Focus Group - Motorcyclists Needed **

A global advertising agency will be conducting a focus group in our
San Francisco office on Thursday, November 6th at 6:30 PM, and are
seeking participants. Our client is a well recognized brand of
motorcycle maintenance products.

We are looking for motorcyclists to give us about an hours worth of
time, in exchange for pizza and a free gift of our client's motorcycle
maintenance product.

In order to qualify for this focus group, we are asking you to fill
out a brief questionnaire. Once we have reviewed the surveys, we may
contact you with additional questions. While we try to contact as many
people as possible, this may not be possible due to the high volume of
responses.

We need ALL of the following info when you reply:

1: Your full name
2: Telephone number where we can contact you
3: Email Address
4: What Kind of motorcycle(s) do you own? (Make/Model/Year)
5: How often do you ride?
6: Do you ride for pleasure or sport? (E.g. Sunday morning rides,
track days, open Moto-X events, etc.)
7: What kind of maintenance do you perform on your motorcycles (E.g.
tune-up, oil-change, carburetor rebuilds, tire changes, etc.)
8: How often do you work on your motorcycle?
