FOAK : Wine ......

So, having a bit of a clear out tonight to make space for some of last weeks
Bourgogne purchases.
I've stumbled across a bottle of :
M.Chapoutier 1998
Les Meysonniers
Crozes-Hermitage

Any suggestions to what to do - e.g.
Past it - dispose of it in a steak pie ?
Lay it down again and wait for it - e.t.a ?
Drink it now - its as good as it gets ?

 

I'd go for option 4.

 

Cool, its been on its side in a rack in the garage.
I will give it a try at the weekend.
