    I want one for the kids this Xmas and thought I'd better start
    searching now. Are they really as rare as rocking horse shit or am I
    just looking in the wrong places?

    If you really have problems with getting one, let me know. I know the
    finance director for Nintendo France and I should be able to get one at
    a reduced price.

    I don't think that the Wii's are language specific.

    language-independent. The manual's multi-lingual, as is the Wii Sports CD
