    Jeez - don't all you people have any concept of how much a litre is?
    Surely it's obvious that a container more than a metre high, and more
    than half a metre across, is going to contain more than a couple of
    pints?

    And, it's not even as if you were only out with the units, either.

    Can't resist trying to get this down right this time.

    The volume of a cylinder is Pi times r-sqaured times height right? So to
    calculate this in cubic metres

    22/7 * (0.65/2) * (0.65/2) * 1.4 = 0.465 cubic metres.

    Then all you need to know is how many litres are in a cubic metre?
