FOAK: Video hosting

Anyone used a video hosting service? There seems to be a myriad of sites
offering the service, ranging from piss poor to not so poor. I really
want one where I can create an account and have control over my files, so
I can delete them if necessary. I'd also like to allow people to download
the file, rather than force stream the WMV/MOV or whatever. Also it'd be
preferable if they didn't make the user jump through hoops clicking
"Download now" several times before getting a list of servers and the
current queue times for each.

I don't need Gigs of space, but a unlimited bandwidth would be sweet.

Oh, and it must be free, natch.
