That's not really the case, if you've got more than £8000 in the bank I
don't think you can get any money out of them anyway.

 

Actually, if they are fully aware of the claimants correct circumstances
and simply pay too much in error, they can ask for it, but you don't have
to pay. If they try to get it back by reducing the amount of future
payments, they are breaking the law.

studied by someone with knowledge of current regulations at the time of

Hah! I just did a quick search and found out that she was also 'the official
voice of Snow White for Disney'. I wonder if she ever got confused between
