Having taken delivery of my lovely new horrendous vibration and in a gay
colour scheme too bike [1] I want to hang onto it.
So do I get an alarm or immobiliser fitted , or just rely on a disc lock?
    Any recommended products?

Alarm and disk lock in one easy package with no fucked up wiring.

I'd vote 'nay'. Even on my BMW GS (which was my most expensive bike to
    date) I didn't have one.

On the Xena website you will see the Claw as well. It turns the disk lock
alarm into a padlock which takes my Oxford chain. Great kit, its thanks to
Bear for turning me on to this stuff.
