Sir will be looking for two (2) false tank sides, one (1) false tank
    centre, and two (2) sidepanels.

Sir will also be looking for someone else to buy a GlodWing from,
because I've just had an attack of conscience that would not allow me to
sell this particular POS to a mate.

Anyway, Petrolcan's going to EmmOhTee it and ride it for a while.

    Apparently.

Ahah! The old "Bid, or the bike gets it!" ploy, eh?

    Err... What's the reserve?

It's the minimum amount I'm prepared to let it go for.

Having done many years of tech support, I can say definitively that I'm not
going to investigate the fucker unless it's happening repeatedly. One-offs
    don't cut it.
Fair enough. I'd better dust off The List and obtain some sort of sniper
    rifle.

OTOH, I'm not a well man. I could maybe blame it on that...

Oh, please. I do know a little about Wings.
Oh go on. It doesn't look that bad in the pictures. How much do you want
    for it?
    He can ride?
    Allegedly.

    No, that would be silly.

You'll have your hands full with the Suzuki.

I'm just trying to work out how to tell Linda that a 26 year old
    motorcycle really does cost £4k.

Seriously, it's in need of a *lot* of work. A complete rewiring for a
start (although I've got the harness).
    Buggered if I know.

If you aren't holding onto things in case you "fall off", then you're not
too bad. I was holding onto my chair and feeling badly nauseous all the
    time.

If I don't, and it doesn't sell, I'm almost duty bound to take it to
    Chimay.

.... and I don't really want to do that.

I'm not sure I can afford the petrol, for a start.

250 miles each way, at 18 to the gallon is around £110 in fuel. Plus a
    fiver for oil.

    And sixty quid for tranquillisers.

Rewiring shouldn't be that hard, especially with most of the electrics in
the dummy tank. I doubt I'd get away with acquiring another project,
    though.
You're hardly going to afford a KH with negotiating skills like that.
