  1. I think I'll have to join in with the indecisive waving.
And now to join in with the drug confessional session ....

I've smoked some joints but that was a while back but after what I
assume is the typical teenage discovery phase. Sometimes it made me
puke very badly other times it was OK. It was fun watching the
reactions of people who never expected me to smoke a joint. And I have a
memory of attempting to shop at M&S at Brent Cross while pretty much
stoned - I have to say it was far more pleasurable than being 100% alert
    ;-)

There is a part of my personality that is usually suppressed and kept
"under control" that I am sure wants to go and do lots of drugs and
other such experimentation. The main issues I have with letting that bit
    of my personality loose are

    a) I might not be able to get it back under control i.e. fear for want
    of a better term.
    b) it's a bit bloody stupid taking drugs like a teenager when you're 40.
    c) I would almost certainly compromise my health given my general lack
of fitness and given my age.
    d) I could wreck my career as we have a very strict drugs policy.

I don't smoke now and barely drink so there's little that could be
termed a vice in my lifestyle now. Ho hum - back to being boring.

Well, you certainly are. 'Le Petit Mort' is a not uncommon expression
    for an orgasm.

Actually it is an extremely uncommon expression for an orgasm but a very
common one for the lethargy that follows.

beforehand" but I don't ever recall an orgasm making me feel sick and

  8. Are they a lot different to burds from Derby? I shagged a burd from
Derby for about six months (not all at once) and was quite possibly the
most disgusting burd I've ever fucked.

Well, my wider point was that your personality, and therefore your
propensity to addition, are themselves biologically determined and therefore
    rooted in biochemistry

I believe they are a drug / dependency focussed counsellor, with a
background in psychiatry... very highly recommended by the miscreants
sister, who bizarrely enough, happens to be a drugs counsellor of sorts,
herself - and I think maybe she protects him more because she's related,
than someone who's a bit more independent might do, so fingers crossed this
is the sledgehammer to crack the potential nut(ter).

Ok, noted... I just feel that given he's now seeing a counsellor off his own
back, to do this may spark his ire back up even more... but if no real
improvements are made in a week or so (as in I can spend time with him, and
not get threatened, or see him treat his ex like shite again for no good
reason), then I'll pursue that route, and try to get his sister and ex to
    back me up on it.
I'll discuss it with his ex later in the week - I'm having a couple of days
off from it all, partly cos I've had enough, and partly to give him a chance
to make progress with the counsellor - don't expect overnight results, but
he seems very positive about it, plus one of the other pub regulars is
working him like a dog for the week, as a labourer on a demolition site -
which should help, bar of course, the fact he'll have more funds to sate his
dependencies with, should he invariably desire to do so.

Listen hey bru, it's Lion or maybe a paar Black Label long toms.

None of that castle kak - that's a moffies drink. [1]

[1] Though as I recall it went something like :
Castle - for white english people
Lion - for white afrikaans people (could be swapped for Castle if at
    cricket matches)
Black label - black people (occasionally Lion too but neither side would
    admit it...)
