    No, that's exactly what I don't lack.
There are no moral and ethical considerations when it comes to me
knowing that I don't become addicted to things to which other people
    become addicted.
I'm not /doing/ anything. I'm relating the facts of my own resistance
    to addiction.
There aren't any consequences to other people.
    Are you a bot?
The Mental Health Act applies only in the United Kingdom, afaik.

I've never felt the desire or need to try hard/class A drugs. I smoked a
couple of joints when I was younger, but they made me feel ill and not
in control of myself, so I never did anything like that again. Have I
    missed out?

    So it's currently fun...
    ....or it isn't?
It takes almost no effort on my part, don't worry.
But, "super" is good, right? And "tosser" is bad. So I don't know
    what you mean.

I think you need to see a psychiatrist.

But if you think I'm a tosser, surely the best result is if I /don't/
reply. Or, if I do, that you don't reply to me. So why do you say
    you want me to reply?

Consider, as you answer, that it's *you* who thinks that *I'm* a
    tosser.

I assumed he was referring to himself. If not, it makes even less
sense than the rest of his ranting. Maybe it's a sign of his suffering
from the cocaine psychosis someone referred to up there ^^^.

1/10... you're flagging there. Maybe Uncle fester has come along to help

I've tried most 'hard' drugs with the exception of heroin and IME most
are not worth bothering. The only one I ever took regularly was acid and
I gave that up 15 years ago and have never felt the urge to take it
    again.

I don't think my drug taking days have had any long term effect on me
apart from an intense dislike for Tainted Love by Soft Cell.

That's what I get when the feed lines aren't very long. Come on.. try
harder there, I'm expecting great things from the Fester / Super boy
    double act.

Surely you, of all people, the master of inconsequential insults, nit
picking, and miss quoteing can manage better.

    Come on!

Your intention in this thread would appear to be to get Blaney to reply
to your posts for no good reason other than because he annoyed you, but
all you're doing is further convincing others that you're just a bit
    infantile and generally stupid.

The reply you've just made isn't helping.

They came in a bundle of seven books (Brakes, FI, Ford Timing Belts,
Austin Timing Belts, ICE, Diesel Guide and others) for £3.50.

I kept the ones I wanted and bunged the others on ebay where I made £1.00
    profit on each.

So in answer to the question: Yes, I could have done but TBH I couldn't
    be arsed.

You haven't answered my question. Am I supposed to be insulted that you
appear to have referenced me as "uncle fester"? I'm not, but I'm trying
to clarify whether or not it was your intention.
Try harder to achieve what? I didn't address you in this part of the
thread, I was just pointing out something to Blaney - that your
behaviour in this thread could be easily explained by the fact that
    you're just not very clever.
Better than what? I'm certainly not going to respond to all your posts
like Ben is doing, because I can't be bothered - the Google groups
interface is a bit too clunky for that sort of thing. All I would
suggest - as I did elsewhere in the thread, that you're not doing
    yourself any favours.

Ben is coming across as being a bit stubborn, because he's mildly
amused by your behaviour (one imagines in a similar way that it's
possible to be mildly amused by watching engines slip and fall over).

You on the other hand are just coming across as stupid.
