    Has anyone tried one with an NTL cable modem?

    Use it in layer 2 forwarding mode, and it'll work with anything.

    I assume it easy enough to set up? I need it to allow a symantec vpn
    client out which I cannot get my current Dlink to allow, in fact the Dlink
    is a bit limited for most applications other than a NATting router
