FOAK; Name of the film?

OK I've got one that's been bugging me. It was about a group of kids on
either scooters or bikes who sold their souls to the devil in return for
immortality. One scene that sticks in my mind is one of the lads hanging
from a tree in a noose pretending to be dead and then shouts 'Surprise'
and starts waving at the poor girl he's trying to scare. I seem to think
it was something like Quadrophenia or sommat.


Its been bugging me for years.
