FOAK. Mikuni Carb Spares?

Having been averaging under 30 mpg on my trip to Southern Spain and back a
couple weeks ago on the Harley, I decided to hoik the carb off and have a
look at its intestines. Using the superb Mikuni website, I have identified
that the prat that fitted it before my ownership has not fitted the correct
choke spring. This allegedly, allows the choke plunger to open under normal
riding conditions, with heavy fuel consumption, amongst other problems. This
also accounts for some rough running I had during certain very hot
    conditions.
Question is, can anybody recommend a supplier of Mikuni parts, so that I may
    order the correct spring.
    TIA.

don't ring too early. Andy is a lovely bloke but likes a drink (he's
    polish) so doesn't do mornings.

Ahh, you've discovered his Achilles heel. He IS worth the wait though and so
are his prices. As an example, I needed to pair of diaphrams for the carbs
on my VN and Kwak wanted 56 skwid apiece. Andy's own versions (better) cost
    me 27 skwid.
What were his prices like in comparison?

A quid for a spring is probably not really comparable! ;o)

Sorted the bike though. Runs much better.
