Flying on handles will be easier and more controllable than flying on a bar. In either instance though, it can still yank you off your feet and smack you into the ground and break bones, so know how to use the killers. I've a 9.5m Sabre and it pulls like a train, has no qualms about lifting one into the air or looping it's way to oblivion. Lovely kite, though I'm not using it much except when it's really too cold to get into the water, or the winds too light for my other kites.
