FOAK: iPAQ memory cards

If you phone HP suport, it's a known issue. They are sending me some new
ones which apparently don't do it.

Addendum. Turned up today: New side grips, with a slightly rougher surface.
Instructions (not really needed), link to a video online if the
instructions were too hard, new battery cover, new CF blanking plate, huge
box, DHL courierd
