    X-no-archive: yes
While we're on the subject, does anyone want a copy of the BBC Radio 4
version of The Lord of The Rings, on a DVD? At only 13 hours it's not
as long as BGN's, but who can spare 54 hours these days?
Drop me an email if you're interested.

Does that do a better job of things than Nero, which seems to let the
sound and vision get out of sync.[/QUOTE]

There's a cure to this - it involves removing some of the the crap codecs
supplied by Nero, and using "standard" codecs; I don't have the URL to hand
where I found this gem of wisdom, but I found the solution relatively
    easily.

    Cheers

  8. It seems almost a part of it. I find the sync is ok for a half hour
programme, drifting by about 1/4sec at the end, but movie length is
intolerable. For those I have to use TMPGenc and manually advance or
delay the audio as necessary. All depends on the quality of the original
encoding though, as some folk take more care with it than others.
