FOAK: How the hell do I capture streaming real video from the BBC news site

    As subject really: I really want to retain a short clip from the BBC news
    site, but I can't find a piece of software that will allow me to do it - a
    couple that purport to, but fail when I actually try it. Anyone actually
    *know* how to do this?

    Single version is 670KB, whole suite of various versions is 4MB.
