A friend is willing to work as an expat in Prague (he Catalan, misus Czech)
but doesn't know what does FTE mean.

Previous experience within large multinational company is essential. Minimum
of 5 years experience in large IT programs. Minimum of 4 years experience in
leadership of teams (>= 4 FTEs). Minimum of 3 years experience in IT
consulting or training. Willingness to work in Prague, Czech Republic. Less
    than 15% travel expected.

He asked me what FTE is, I then ask the Foak.

He actually spent 3 years in Glasgow (Strathclyde University), but does that
actually help learning decent English, neeb'r?

I think it's "Full Time Equivalent" or whole employees.

e.g. three full timers, or six part timers for the same period.

    That sort of thing.

    BICBW.
