FOAK: Heating a factory.

One of the large gas fired heaters in one of our 5200 sqr ft units has
died and needs replacing.

Rather than just replace like for like...

Buy your staff some more fleeces.

 

Depending on the layout and dimensions of your factory, a gas fired radiant

You'd think they'd be warm enough what with the burning coals and rivers of
