FOAK: Getting files off a badly burned DVD

    Is there any prog out there that will get files from a DVD+R that is a
    bit knackered? I've got a backup of all the files that I downloaded
    over the years on a DVD+R but for some reason, when it is in the drive,
    all is shows is the initial directory but no contents.

    I know about GetBackData but that seems to be just for either FAT or
    NTFS drives.
