  1. Well, yeah. Build quality may not be as good, but the 130nhp turbodiesel
is a hell of a lot of car for not much dosh.

My boss has the Passat 2.5 V6 TDi. Spectacularly good car. For a diesel.

  3. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember (SteveH)
    saying something like:
On this occasion, my sympathy is with Lozzo...

Jesus H. Kerist; something worth arguing about, like tit sizes, Honda
camchains, where to buy guns, but fucking Skodas... ffs.

A friend is look at getting her 3rd modern Skoda. She rates them very
highly, and build seems OK to me.

Currently has a VRS thingy diesel, and it is 'quite brisk'

  5. Our printers have the sporty version of the Octavia as a company hack.
Whatever it's called. Anyway, **** does it go.

Interior is a bit eye-popping with a combination of brushed aluminium
and what looks like a left-over from the Commie Five Year Plan for
Production of Black & White Check (Czech?) Fabric, but it's a decent
    motah.
