Not that useful, as most people that know the net can be used to give a negative view of their product/image/religion/etc put in removal requests. I don't think you'll find Operation Clambake in there for starters.
Well, I used to have some of my wedding photos up there. Doesn't really matter if they're still floating around the web, but I did take them down for a reason.
