FOAK finding a person

Little bruv has won a quad bike on fleabay, guy wants paypal which
he does not have but i do, does not respond so far to requests for his
land line number or full address but i do have his name and post code,
or what purports to be his postcode. So how do i find out his address
for free??? there must be some electoral imformation avaliable shirley?

Not really, i had planned just to do a check to see if a person with this
name actually lived in the post code, if so then paypal was my option. If
i am unable to locate him, or him give me an address or phone number
then i shall be going ----------------> that way.

I'm guessing that you will be collecting this in person rather than having
it posted?

If so then why not turn up , check the quad over then use the sellers PC to
log into paypal and transfer the cash then.

If he is a genuine seller then he will contact you. Only accept a deal for
cash on delivery/collection. Ask to see his purchase receipt.

Personally I would walk away as it sounds fishy to me.

 

Thats the baby, well i can find a man with the same name in a slightly
diferent postcode, close mind, and the post code he gives does not show
up with his name. Fishy, if he does not make contact with regards to either
my or bruv's emails then i'm outa here.

As usual UKRM is the top banana.

I got asked the other day what UKRM in silver stickers meant when a
woman spotted it on my lid, try explaining that to a 40 year old mum who
has no idea of the interweb.
