I had a sales visit from a different 'lube' company's rep a while back who (after he was finished with me) was on his way to make a sales pitch to the West Mids Plod. He was going on about such and such being great for chains. I had to point out that plod used shafties and he was so crestfallen that he hardly flinched when I relieved him of all his samples. Mostly stuff with teflon in it.
