First ride of the year

    Bit nippy when I left this morning, and the Ducati was being a bit sulky
    for the first 40-odd miles.

    Stopped for a cuppa at the West End Cafe in LLandovery, fiddled with the
    choke lever and found it was sticky.

    A good 40 mile 'Italian tune-up' later, and everything is fine again.

    Not the first of the year, but the first on warm dry roads. I count it
    as a success because several on coming cars flashed my perfectly safe
    overtakes.
