First proper hammering

Went out at 6:30am today with a few mates, got the tyre pressures right
(they were 6psi down?) & hit the road, I really gave it a fucking good
hiding over the A65 to Devils Bridge, then to Hawes & then onto Leyburn,
on B roads & A roads.

It really is a fucking animal on the power, the front just wont stay
down & can be a bit flighty when it comes down mainly due to no steering
damper.

So, GPR will be ordered today, the brakes are pretty ropey as I didnt
have time to fit the new pads etc.

The handling is still a tad off, but new valves, oil & springs should
sort that

What sort of **** buys a bike with traction control & abs for fucks sake?

I reckon I'll leave the tyres for now, they seemed to perform well
enough today & we're off to Oulton park soon anyway
