Fiona's Funeral

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Molly Fletcher, Mar 2, 2006.

  1. The funeral itself is being kept family only plus a few close friends.
However after the funeral her partner Anna is organising a get together
in a local pub for Fiona's friends. If any of you that knew her would
like to come here are the details:

after the funeral, we will adjorn to:

The Old Bridge Inn, Kirstall. (on the river Aire, (next to Alders thats
opposite the Morrisons and Halfords - heading up the Leeds-Bradford
    Road.)
from 12.30pm for an informal gathering.

    To clarify.
this WILL be open to anyone that wants to express their respect for Fiona,
Please tell UKRM's and anyone else that's expressed a wish to attend

I wouldn't mind contributing to some flowers for a "UKRM" bouquet, if
someone can be bothered to organise somewhere on the web to collect the
    moolah.

    Let me know.

    Cheers

    Paul.

  4. Um, the details I have say sprays only no wreaths. To be honest the
whole issue of the funeral is rather difficult but I'm not sure I can
really discuss why on usenet. I think maybe the best thing is if people
would like to do something, they make a donation to depression related
    or possibly biking related charity.
