It's great to see a group of people that is so passionate about
quitting! People don't realize just how important it is to quit
smoking as soon as possible and in the proper way. This is why we need
to make sure that the proper information is readily available for
everyone. This makes for such a happier, healthier ex-smoker and
family. I've got a site about to you and others gain some helpful
knowledge so you can quit smoking safely and immediately. You can
    check it out at http://stopsmokingimmediately.com

People were just complaining about the stop ads.

Say something relevant or piss off.

Yup, had to wait for the arm to heal up well enough to take an artificial
shoulder joint which I got in 11 weeks ago. One more week and I can
dispense with the sling and start some serious physio to get the movement
back. It's a year to the day this week though and the leg is still not
100%. I'm still going to ride again, even if it's only once more to see if
    I can handle it.

Damn clown in the Corona did a good job on me. :(

Once I can take the arm out of the sling full time next week I should see
how much movement I can get back. Then I'll have a better idea.

Sorry to hear there is so much damage , riding might not be a great idea
as experience has taught several of us
The phizio is very important as you realise and has to be ongoing or
    it all seizes up again
Good luck with it .( steroid shots are pretty damned wonderful at times)
