Tomorrow I will be mostly giving my SV the beans (weather dependent). I
read that the shocky is pish and the gixxer thou unit makes a big
improvement so I'm going to get un v. soon. Art CF race cans also on the
    way (ear plugs also ordered)

Ah....actually, no but I'm still taking it *fairly* easy as I've just
reached 600 miles. I've briefely visited 7.5k revs a few times but only
really on straights. From what I've read, it's not until you go >100mph on
bumpy bends that things start to go a bit wibbly. A gixxer thou shock sorts
it out from what I've read and they aint too dear neither...

Uh, maybe because the other stock unit is better (!) Why bother swapping a
    stock Sv1000 for a stock Gsxr1000? Stock isn't a datum.
Hmmm. To take your theory to it's ultimate, why bother having a shock?
Thanks. I worry about me too.
    It seems I'm a dick
