    Hi all,

So I had a fun day in court. Lots of waiting and seeing how long
it would be before I started cracking jokes like everyone else...

The Magistrate didn't seem to care about the speed, just wanted
to give an appropriate sentence for the person and offence.

So: 50 day ban, no points, 300 fine inc. costs.

Quite surprising in many ways but I'm happy with it.

I wonder if I can just tell the insco that I have an SP50
or if the SPD has a particular code too that I should give them??

Anyway, It started to rain today, maybe it will last..

Hope you're all well and summons free

They'll probably just want to know code (SP50) and length of ban. I have SP50 & SP30, never been asked how fast I was going.

Aye, but an SP50 with a ban means over 100mph.

There had been some suggestion on here before
that they only cared about the offence code, rather
    than the sentnce.

Mind you - if I tell them I've been banned at least
I should have very cheap insurance for the next
    50 days, eh? No?

    ;O)
