I haven't seen it, no. TBH, that sort of thing doesn't really appeal.
If I wanted to see people having sex, I'd watch porno.

    Baise-Moi's borderline porn, though.

I always think that film should be subtitled: "The true story of UKRM".

"One of the most provocative films of the 90s - hardcore sex, domestic
horror and the injunction to "find your inner spastic"

Sounds like a fairly normal weekend to me.

    like I said.

BTW, I still owe you for that Thai meal - was it 30 quid?

Can sort it out over a beer at lunchtime if you like (you are still
    working in London, aren't you?[1])

[1] I've lost track of how many "leaving dos" you've had.

Ah yes I'd forgotten about that. It was indeed 30 quid.
Sometime next week would be good, I'll email you.
Heh, I'm now officially here till July. Still ostensibly a VMS systems
manager but now with no VMS systems left to manage...

Humm, this new fangled 'windows' stuff's a bit odd innit.

Sheehs - you don't know you're born - I converted from VMS to Windows
    NT 3.5.

To be fair to The Village, the twist about the creatures wasn't
*the* twist. The twist was the other one, right near the end.

Which wasn't impossible to spot, but far better hidden than the
    nature of the creatures.

Heh, so did I. I just came back into the fold about 4 years ago. Like
finding an old pair of comfy slippers it was.

I guessed the first but not the second.
This was what was so poorly put across. Upon realisation of the twist
my first thought was 'aircraft' which they even had a lame excuse for.

I kept thinking "what about aeroplanes", but of course they came up
with a pathetic "reason" for that.
